As result of the agreement entered today, Robit Plc has purchased 100% of the shares in Halco Drilling Ltd, which was established 8/2016 and acts as a machine rental company for Halco Brighouse Ltd, and Paddico (320) Ltd, latter of which owns 51% of the shares in Halco Brighouse Ltd.
The agreed value of the transaction is EUR 1,640,000, which is paid entirely in new Robit Plc shares.
